ToolZone provides utilities for images, PDFs, spreadsheets, QR codes, audio and video. These tools are designed to process selected files in your browser using browser APIs and client-side JavaScript libraries. The tool pages do not upload your selected files to ToolZone servers.
2. Information You Submit
If you submit a blog article or contact message, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address and message content. Blog submissions are reviewed before publication. Email addresses are used for moderation or replies and are not shown publicly.
3. Advertising
ToolZone does not currently load third-party advertising code, and the public ads.txt file has no advertising seller entries configured.
4. Analytics and Server Logs
Hosting providers may collect standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, referring page and request time for security and diagnostics. If analytics is enabled, it is used to understand aggregate site usage.
5. Cookies
ToolZone may use essential session cookies for admin and form abuse protection. Analytics providers may set their own cookies or use similar technologies according to their policies if analytics is enabled.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including private server-side storage for submissions and restricted access to administrative tools. No website can guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
ToolZone is a general-purpose utility website and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
